How our pricing works

How our pricing works

Real estate already comes with big costs — commission, marketing, legal fees, inspections, finance and moving. We don’t believe people should pay extra just to get honest guidance, clear communication and proper advocacy.

Our pricing is designed to match how people actually use support: some clients need full advocacy, others need help at one critical stage.

Core advocacy services (agent-funded)

Vendor Advocacy and Buyer Advocacy are our core services. They are free to the client.

Instead, if you proceed with an agent or buyers’ agent we introduce and appoint, that agent pays us a referral fee of 20% of their commission.

This structure is common in real estate. Agents pay referral fees because 80% of a commission is better than 0% if they don’t win the listing.

What you receive in return (this is the important part)

The difference with Ralph & Ralph is simple: we earn that fee by providing a real service to you — not just an introduction.

That includes:

  • Comparing options properly (not just picking the loudest salesperson)

  • Pressure-testing strategy, pricing guidance and process

  • Helping you understand what matters, what’s noise, and what’s a red flag

  • Supporting you through key decisions so your interests stay front and centre

  • Providing accountability if the process starts to drift

Transparency and independence

We’re transparent about how we’re paid. Our role is advocacy — we work for you, not the agent.

Supporting services (fixed-fee)

Some clients don’t need full advocacy — they just want expert help at a specific stage. Those services are fixed-fee, agreed upfront:

Not sure what fits?

If you’re not sure which service is right for where you’re up to, book a consultation. We’ll help you choose the right next step — no pressure, just clarity.
