Buyer Advocacy

Independent support for buyers across Greater Sydney, built on honesty, accountability and straight answers.

Tell me where you’re buying and what you need help with.

I’ll tell you the best next step.

Real Estate Advocacy for buyers

Buying property can feel like a maze of agents, pressure, conflicting advice and a lot of money on the line.

Buyer Advocacy is simple: I’m on your side. I help you choose the right Buyers’ Agent (if that’s the right path), keep the process honest and make sure the people you’re paying actually do what they said they would.

What Buyer Advocacy is (and isn’t)

Buyer Advocacy is:

  • Independent support to help you choose the right Buyers’ Agent for your brief

  • Ongoing accountability so your Buyers’ Agent stays focused, responsive and on track

  • A calm, experienced buffer between you and the noise of the market

Buyer Advocacy isn’t:

  • A replacement for a Buyers’ Agent’s full service (searching, inspecting, negotiating, bidding)

  • A guarantee of a specific price or outcome

  • A “one-size-fits-all” package. The goal is to get you the right help, then keep it working properly

How it works

2) Match you to the right Buyers’ Agent (if needed)

Not every Buyers’ Agent is right for every buyer. I help you choose someone who fits your brief, your budget and your expectations, and who will actually execute.

3) Set expectations and keep it accountable

Once you start with them, I help keep the process clean:

  • what updates you should be getting

  • what “good” looks like week to week

  • what questions should be asked (and answered)

4) Support you through key decisions

When decisions matter (strategy, timing, offer approach, auction vs private treaty) I help you slow it down, cut through the emotion and stay clear.

1) Quick clarity call

We start with a short conversation to understand what you’re buying, where, your timeframe and what’s been frustrating you so far.

What I do for you

I keep the process honest

If someone says they’ll do something, they should do it. I help keep your Buyers’ Agent focused on the work that matters, not just activity that looks busy.

I help you stay protected when pressure rises

When the market gets noisy, it’s easy to rush or overpay out of frustration. My job is to bring you back to the plan.

I handle communication so your life stays simple

Buying can take over your headspace. I help reduce the back-and-forth by:

  • clarifying what you need from your Buyers’ Agent

  • chasing the right updates

  • translating “agent language” into real-world meaning

Who this is for?

Buyer Advocacy is a fit if you’re:

A young couple stands on a grassy hill, with a suburban neighborhood and rolling hills in the background. The man has light brown hair and a beard, wearing a navy blue sweater, and the woman has wavy brown hair, wearing a green sweater. They are standing close, with the man's arm around the woman's shoulder, looking into the distance.

A first home buyer trying to start (or plan for) a family and you want to get it right

An upsizer juggling school zones, commutes, timing and a lot of competing priorities

An elderly man standing by a window, holding a tape measure and looking outside with a thoughtful expression, surrounded by cardboard boxes.

A downsizer who wants to stay close to family (and avoid being pushed into the wrong compromise)

Businessman in office looking out window at a cityscape, holding a property brochure, with colleagues in the background.

A local investor who wants a clean process and less time dealing with agents

A man in a suit stands on a balcony overlooking London, with landmarks like Tower Bridge and modern skyscrapers in the background during sunset.

An overseas investor who needs trusted support on the ground in Sydney

Buying property isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Support beyond the Buyers’ Agent

The Buyers’ Agent is usually the main piece, but it’s not the only one.

I can also help by recommending and advocating for the right people around you, including:

  • Mortgage broker

  • Solicitor / conveyancer

  • Building & pest inspector

  • Other trusted specialists as needed

The goal is simple: a team that communicates clearly, does what they say and keeps you protected.
